Bally Switzerland 160th Anniversary

Sunday, October 9, 2011

Hi Huneybees,

I was at Bally, Ion Orchard for Bally's 160th Anniversary. They were featuring their latest women's Fall/Winter 2011 collection and even brought in celebrity stylist, Trey Wong for an exclusive fashion workshop. A special thanks to Bally for extending the invitation and Jessie for forwarding the new to me.

A couple of pics with Jessie before we head into the store to check out the new collection.

So, I went round snapping pictures of the accessories, bags and shoes while waiting for the workshop to begin....

Check out those heels!
Bally's making Winter colourful!

This bag is super versatile. It's yellow, one can match with any black dress, hold it like a clutch of pull out the handle for a bag.
The workshop has began and Trey Wong was invited "on stage".

The models were brought in with different winter clothings and they revealed what they were wearing underneath and Trey showed us how we can play it to our weather and how different bags and shoes give the clothes a different feel. Eg: A simple shift dress and be sporty with sporty looking shoes, casual with mary jane-s or work ready when matched with pumps.

Bally has this wonderful bag where you can roll it for convenient packing when you travel. If not wrong, it's called Macy...

This is a super preppy look and Trey said that he likes details to white shirts and this one had leather collar!
Love this 2 piece! Can pair the top with denim or skirt with tank top!
First time been to "fashion show" where you can "feel" the model. :P
Turtle necks keep the neck warm and when you add leather jacket to your outfit, it went biker chic!
The leather jeacket has collar that can be removed to create another look. Talk about Transformers!

Trey demonstrating how easy it is to unbuckle the boots.

Snapped a picture with Trey, chatted a little before we roamed a little more around the shop.
I had a lot of fun that night, learning more tricks to layering and working each piece of clothing. Different accesories and different colours help give your look the "Oomph!". So go ahead, play with you style, be confident and strut your stuff!

Thank you and Happy Birthday Bally!
