“Perfect for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, divorce parties, or just an enjoyable evening out with the ladies!”  -TheaterMania.com

Ladieslooking for a wild night of fun, dance and laughter can look forward to the upcoming musical, GirlTalk. Held from 21 February till 4 March 2012, the Singapore performances feature the original cast from its sold-outoff-Broadway shows in New York – AngelaFoley (as Barbara), PriscillaFernandez (as Dr. Laura) and the director Sonya Carter who will doubleup as Janice.
“All three players have good strong voices, good acting chops, and theability to interact well with the audience.” -Newark Examiner
The plot isset in the final broadcast of radio show GirlTalk after 10 years, and the women are set to end things with a bang. In the radio show helmed by threedeejays: eccentric Barbara, “perfect-jane” Janice and the sexually rambunctiousDr Laura, Girl Talk follows the threewomen through topics close to the hearts of all women - sex, food, alcohol, babies, and what else, men!  When it’s time for the deejays to hitthe music, theaudience can expect to sing along and dance to the popular music hits performedby these talented ladies. *WooHoo~

Written byLouise Roche, Tim Flaherty and Sonya Carter, and directed by Sonya Carter, Girl Talk follows the same hit formulaas Menopause: The Musical in itswomen-centric theme. Advocating the sentiment that “husbands and jobs can comeand go, but girlfriends are forever”, Carter says “it’s really aboutunderstanding each other as women, and even with all of our crazyidiosyncrasies, we know that we’ll always stand by each other”.

The End of 2011 (Vivocity)

Sunday, January 8, 2012

Hi Huneybees,

I'm back from my little end year break. Hubby was on long leave from work and guess it was the best time to take breaks together. Really loved the time spent together...

This post might come in a little late. It was the last day of 2011 and thanks to Vivocity for the invitation to countdown with them and Mediacorp Channel 8 celebrities.

The celebrities sang, danced and the hosts (Li Teng, Pornsak & Xu Zhen Rong) were quick witted with their Q&A sessions with the celebs. It was a great way to countdown to the New Year! Shall leave you with the photos, enough of my blabbering.

Sexy hot dancing for intro.

First up, Juz B.

Guess who's coming up next? Shi Kang Jun!

The gorgeous Kuo Hui Wen did a beautiful number from her recent drama.

The cast of A Song to Remember(星洲之夜).

Wu Jia Hui

Lai Yi Xuan who even played alongside Wang Lee Hom before, did a Vanessa Mae number for us.

Ever so sweet Tay Ke Wei.

Even Joanne Peh sang and performed!

Tay Ping Hui rolled in the deep. :)

Yipee! 2012 is here!

Happy New Year!

Long time no see Jonathan Leong sang his latest single for us in Mandarin!
Kim Ng sang and we got to catch the trailer of <<龙众舞>>.

Loved her shoes!

The event ended with Ngak performing the last song.
Thank you Vivocity and Mediacorp for the wonderful night!
